Health Counseling
We offer several personalized health counseling programs based on your individual needs. After your first consultation, we will decide how long the program should be to provide maximum support for your health goals. Most clients find the Ultimate Wellness Program to be the most beneficial.
The Ultimate Wellness Program
This individualized health counseling program is one of the longer-term support options offered to clients. This program is guaranteed to EVOLVE the way you eat and live!
This program includes:
-In-person or phone sessions twice a month for six months, for a total of 12 one-hour counseling sessions. Each session builds upon the last and is customized for your individual needs.
-Unlimited email support between sessions
-Energy balancing with Reiki, at the beginning of each session
-Important handouts and give-aways (food samples, CDs, books, self-care items) to support your goals
-Monthly newsletters with healthy ideas and nutritious and delicious recipes
-A grocery and/or health food store tour
-Free admission for you and a guest to any of my workshops or seminars
The Healthy Trimester Program
Over a period of 3 months this health counseling program will provide you with the same support and motivation offered in the Ultimate Wellness Program, just over a shorter period of time.
This program includes:
-In-person meetings or phone sessions twice a month for three months, for a total of six one-hour counseling sessions. Each session builds upon the last and is customized for your individual needs.
-Unlimited email support between sessions
-Energy balancing with Reiki, at the beginning of each session
-Important handouts and give-aways (food samples, CDs, books, self-care items) to support your goals
-Monthly newsletters with healthy ideas and nutritious and delicious recipes
-A grocery and/or health food store tour
-Free admission for you and a guest to any of my workshops or seminars
The Jumpstart Program
Jumpstart into a new way of eating or a lifestyle change! During this program we will meet two times in one month and focus on one or two goals you would like to achieve to reach optimal health. You will be provided with support throughout the month and access to all of the resources needed to achieve your goals and jump onto your new path.
This program includes:
Two intense, one-hour sessions guaranteed to motivate you into a new lifestyle change.
-Unlimited email support between sessions
-Energy balancing with Reiki, at the beginning of each session
-Important handouts & give-aways (food samples, CDs, books, self-care items) to support your goals
-Monthly newsletters with healthy ideas and nutritious and delicious recipes
-A grocery and/or health food store tour
-Free admission for you and a guest one of my workshops or seminars
REIKI THERAPY
A healing session intended to release your physical and emotional blockages. The universal energy that is channeled will guide your body to naturally heal itself and open up all paths for energy to flow freely.
-Each session is 45-60 minutes, depending on the individual’s energy flow
-Comfortable clothing recommended
-Do not wear contacts and remove glasses before each session

PERSONAL SHOPPER
An elaborate shopping experience, offering the best advice for purchasing healthy, whole food items at a health food store, farmers market, or grocery store. This hands-on shopping tour (or tours) is guaranteed to educate and enable you to make the best food choices each and every time you shop.
